Mee Siam Noodles
1 Bag of Rice Vermicelli
1 Bag of Bean Sprouts
1 Jar of Not Just A Sambal
1 tablespoon of Preserved Soy Beans or White Miso
2 Boiled Eggs
Garlic Chives
Not Just A Sambal for Accompaniment
Tofu Puffs, cut into strips
4 Calamansis
Soak the rice vermicelli in water for half and hour.
Empty a Jar of Not Just A Sambal in a wok.
Using the empty jar, add 2 jars of water into the sambal
Heat the wok until boil
Throw in the rice vermicelli
Stir and toss the rice vermicelli with a pair of thongs.
Keep tossing until the rice vermicelli and dry, light and fluffy.
Add Bean Sprouts and toss quickly.
Serve with half a boiled egg, Not Just A Sambal, half a calamansi, Garnish with garlic chives and tofu puffs.
